Please use the rough guideline to measurements and sizings. Please note sizes may vary between Brands, we do our best to give a detailed description of fit next to each item. How to shop ETCLO?
1. Select product
Browse the products at ETCLO under your preferred gender or category.
2. Add to shopping bag
Once you find the item you like, simply choose the color, size, and quantity you want and follow these steps:
• Click BUY if you want to purchase it right away.
• Or click ADD TO BAG if you want to keep the item and click CARRY ON SHOPPING if you want to continue
shopping. The product will be automatically added into your shopping bag. Not the item you want? Just uncheck the item and CARRY ON SHOPPING.
3. Review your bag and enter promotional code
You can change the color, size, and quantity you want in your shopping bag by clicking on UPDATE. If you have a promotional code, please type the code in the section and click SUBMIT.
4. Check out
If you want to finalize your order, click CHECK OUT. Please note that the product’s availability is not guaranteed before you check out.
5. Create MY ETCLO account / Sign in
Sign in with your email and password or connect with Facebook. Your order will be automatically added to your account.
For first time shoppers, please click CHECKOUT and we will direct you to create your ETCLO account.
If you already have MY ETCLO account, your shipping address will be automatically filled in the check out section. Please be sure to update it should there be changes in your shipping address.
For first time shoppers, simply fill in the information needed. After you confirm that your address is correct, please select the shipping method you like.
7. Overview your order
Review the list of items you have selected in your bag and click CHECK OUT to submit your order.
If you already have MY ETCLO account, your billing address will be automatically filled in the check out section. Please be sure to update it should there be changes in your billing address.

9. Payment Confirmation
1. Credit Card
Payment will be automatically confirmed after your payment through Veritrans gets accepted. The confirmation will be sent to your email.
2. Bank Transfer
After you transfer to PT MITRA GAYA KREASI bank account, go to your profile and select TRANSFER CONFIRMATION or find the list under My Dashboard at the bottom of the screen after you sign in. Fill the BANK TRANSFER CONFIRMATION fields and click SUBMIT. We will send you an email after cleared confirmation.
How to use promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, simply input the code in the provided field on the check out page. To use your ETCLO promotional code you must be logged in to your account. Enter your promotional code on the check out section at the bottom left side of the screen.
What are the available payment methods?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order automatically once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. To change your order please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you via email email@example.com or customer service on +6281290617820 (Whatsapp/LINE). Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed. So please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase.
Can I return the products?
Yes you can. For details please see our RETURN POLICY.
Why is my order cancelled?
The time limit for an order’s payment for an order is 2×24 hours after the order has been checked out. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.
How do I track my order?
You can sign in to your ETCLO account, go to MY DASHBOARD, and click TRACK SHIPPING. Then you can click your AWB number.
What if my order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time?
Kindly email us your “Order ID” to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you check it with the shipping company. Please make sure you have confirmed your payment within the time limit. Unfortunately, unconfirmed order will be cancelled.
What should I do if I have completed the payment but forgot to confirm over the time limit?

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We do not have physical store at this time, but you can visit ETCLO’s operational office at Jl. Tebet Timur Dalam 2 No,38a and shop from our showroom during office hour (10 AM – 5 PM).
